Defense Housing Authority is one of the most well-planned societies in Pakistan. DHA Lahore currently has 11 phases. Each phase has sectors or blocks subdivided into plots for houses ranging from five marla (approx. 1,361 sq ft) to 2 kanal (approx. 10,890 sq ft). DHA Lahore Phase 1
One of DHA's first projects, DHA Lahore Phase 1 is in a prime location connecting residents to Defence Chowk, Ghazi Road, and surrounding areas. All necessities are available; the phase is fully developed and populated, divided into sectors including Sector A, Sector B, Sector C, and others.
DHA Lahore Phase 2
Six highly developed sectors make up Phase 2. Located next to Phase 1 facing Ghazi Road, connected to Bedian Road and Lahore Ring Road. The Main Boulevard of DHA Lahore is close by, and LUMS University is situated at the rear. Phase 2 is fully finished and populated, including Sectors P through R.
DHA Lahore Phase 3
Situated between Khayaban-e-Jinnah and Ferozepur Road, north of Walton Cantt and Walton Road. Phase 3 covers a wider area than Phases 1 and 2. Eden Cottage 1, Eden Cottage 2, Fort Villas, and Al Noor Town lie to the north. Sectors include W, X, XX, Y, and Z. Ghazi Road is to the south; DHA Phase 4 shares Ghazi Road with Phase 3.
DHA Lahore Phase 4
Located near major intersections of Ghazi Road, Lahore Ring Road, and Ferozepur Road, with Walton Road nearby. Punjab communal housing lies on the southern boundary; North Sui Housing Phase 1 is to the southeast. Includes Sectors AA through JJ, each with comprehensive planning for residents.
DHA Lahore Phase 5
Situated behind LUMS University, close to Phases 4 and 3. DHA Lahore's first project with underground electricity and roads at least 50 feet wide. Excellent Ring Road access has made Phase 5 a top choice for construction. A total of 12,354 kanal are developed for DHA Lahore Phase 5.
DHA Lahore Phase 6
Among the most sought-after phases alongside Phase 8, with golf facilities and strong planning. DHA headquarters and Dolmen Square bring premium commercial activity similar to Y Block Phase 3. Ten marla plots in Blocks A, D, L, and Extension E are well populated — over 70% inhabited in key blocks.
DHA Lahore Phase 7
A prominent location that draws strong end-user demand despite development challenges. Roughly twenty minutes from Ferozepur Road. Property prices remain relatively modest compared to other phases, encouraging investor interest.
DHA Lahore Phase 8
Ideal airport-linked location — a main entrance from the airport plus access from Barki Road, Bhatta Chowk, Ring Road, and Phase 6. A sizable park spanning 135 kanal further enhances the phase's appeal.
DHA Lahore Phase 8 Ex-Park View
Park View (DHA Phase 8 Ex-Park View) faces Allama Iqbal International Airport, between Barki Road Cross Section and Lahore Ring Road, near Askari 10 and Eden City. Named after Airport Park; home to the DHA Villas project.
DHA Lahore Phase 8 Air Avenue
Adjacent to proper Phase 8 and Eden City; merged into DHA 8. Blocks L through R include M, N, P, Q, and R with ten marla plots — approximately 70% populated. A strong option for end users.
DHA Lahore Phase 8 Z Block — Ivy Green
Ivy Green Z-Block is divided into Z1–Z6 across from Barki Road. Most of the area is developed with possession expected. DHA plans a world-class residential community here; canal views make it an excellent lifestyle choice, with prices typically rising after possession.
DHA Lahore Phase 9 Town
Also known as Shuhada Town, with five blocks (A–E). Located between DHA Phase 6 and Phase 9 Prism, connected to Bedian Road and about five minutes from Nawaz Sharif Interchange.

Over 44,000 kanal with nine main entrances. Sectors A through Q (including sectors with varied naming). Sectors Q and R are in possession. Each sector has parks and residential facilities. Between Ferozepur Road and Bedian Road, about ten minutes from Lahore Airport with easy city-wide access.
DHA Lahore Phase 11 (Rahbar Sector)
Located on Defence Road opposite Valencia Town. Gained importance with Ring Road interchange access. End users from Valencia Town and WAPDA Town increasingly prefer DHA for development standards and the DHA brand.
